Our take on the Close To Custom Linens Pleated Linen Curtains and Drapes

These are made-to-order pleated linen curtain panels from Close To Custom Linens, sold in a taupe color for indoor window use. The draw is the pleated header and linen fabric, which give a tailored, structured drape rather than a casual rod-pocket look. Because they are custom, sizing and lead time matter more than the price tag. No current price or price history was provided, so compare quotes across stores before ordering.

Questions and answers

Are these curtains sold as a pair or a single panel?
Pleated custom panels are usually priced and sold per panel. Check the listing's quantity before ordering, since a window often needs two panels for fullness.
How do I measure for pleated linen curtains?
Measure the rod width and the drop from the rod to where you want the hem, then decide on fullness. Pleated panels need roughly 2 to 2.5 times the rod width in fabric, so order accordingly.
Can these linen curtains be washed?
Linen can usually be washed, but pleats and custom construction make machine washing risky. Many makers recommend dry cleaning to protect the pleats and avoid shrinkage.
What rod and hooks do pleated panels need?
Pleated panels hang from a rod with hooks or rings, not a rod pocket. Confirm the pleat style and hook type with the seller so the header works with your hardware.
When is the best time to buy custom linen curtains?
Custom curtains rarely go on deep sale, but many makers run promotions around seasonal home events. Compare quotes across stores and factor in lead time before a deadline.
