Is cotton gauze good for hot weather?

Yes. Woven cotton gauze is light and breathable, which is why these pants suit summer, vacations and lounging. It is not a heavy fabric, so expect an airy feel rather than warmth.

How do these pants fasten?

They are pull-on with an elastic band at the waist. There is no zipper or button, so the high waist stretches to get them on and off.

What is the leg cut and length?

They are wide-leg palazzo pants cut to ankle length. The fit is listed as loose, so expect a roomy drape through the leg.

How should I wash them?

Cold wash, per the fabric care. Gauze wrinkles easily, so hang or lay flat to dry and avoid hot water or a hot dryer.

Are they see-through?

Light-colored cotton gauze can be semi-sheer. If you plan to wear them out rather than at home, pair them with a lining or nude underlayer.

Is $26.38 a good price?

Walmart lists them new at $26.38 as of November 7, 2026, and it is the only store pricing them new. With no other new listings, there is no recent range to judge it against.
