Is $35 a good price for these?

It is the only new price listed, $35 at GOAT as of November 5, 2026. With one seller there is nothing to compare against, so check the size and condition before buying.

Do these run true to size?

Chuck Taylors generally run slightly long and narrow, and many buyers size down half a size. This listing is a kids' size 5 in medium width.

Are they good for everyday wear?

Yes for casual wear. The canvas and rubber sole hold up well, but there is minimal arch support, so they are not a shoe for long walks or sports.

Can adults wear this kids' size?

A kids' size 5 is roughly a women's 6.5, so smaller-footed adults can wear it. Larger sizes are not offered in this listing.

How do I clean the plaid canvas?

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and air dry away from heat. Do not machine wash, which can shrink the canvas and loosen the glue.

One pair of sneakers with laces. No extra insoles or care kit are included.

Our take on the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Plaid High Top

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Plaid High Top is a kids' canvas high-top in a brown plaid pattern, with a rubber outsole and cushioned footbed. It keeps the classic Chuck silhouette — canvas upper, rubber toe cap, high ankle — in a seasonal plaid instead of the usual solid canvas. The best new price is $35 at GOAT as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no recent price range to compare against.
