Is the Coslus E40 good for sensitive gums?

Yes. It has 10 pressure levels, so you can start on the lowest setting and increase as your gums adjust. Dentists generally suggest starting low with any water flosser.

How long does the battery last on a charge?

Coslus does not publish a runtime figure. Owners report several days of typical once-a-day use between charges, less if you use high pressure for long sessions.

Do I need to refill the tank mid-clean?

Often, yes. The 10 oz reservoir covers most of a session at low to mid pressure, but at the highest levels you will likely refill once.

At $39.99 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it is cheap for a cordless flosser with 10 pressure levels. Comparable cordless models often cost $50 to $80.

What comes in the box?

The flosser, a charging cable and the standard nozzle. Coslus does not list extra nozzles or a travel case in the box.

Can I use it in the shower?

It is cordless and battery powered, but Coslus does not state a water-resistance rating, so keep it out of direct spray.
