Is the Cosori 5.8-quart worth it over the 3.7-quart model?

Yes if you cook for two or more people. The 5.8-quart square basket fits a whole chicken or a full tray of vegetables, while the 3.7-quart model is best for one or two servings.

How does it compare with the Cosori 6-quart Lite?

The 5.8-quart CAF-L501 has a square basket and 11 presets; the Lite line is cheaper and simpler, with fewer presets and a smaller feature set. Both reach 400°F.

What comes in the box?

The air fryer, a removable square crisper plate, and a quick-start guide with a recipe book. No accessories like skewers or a baking pan are included.

Can I put the basket in the dishwasher?

Yes. The basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe. Hand washing takes a minute and helps the non-stick coating last longer.

Our take on the Cosori Air Fryer 5.8-Quart (CAF-L501)

The Cosori CAF-L501 is a 5.8-quart square-basket air fryer with touch controls, 11 presets and a 77–400°F temperature range. Its square basket holds more food than round 5.8-quart models and the basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe. It is one of the most widely owned mid-size air fryers, and its price has stayed in the same band for months.
