Is the Cosori Pro II worth it over a cheaper air fryer?

Yes if you want a large square basket and consistent crisping. Budget 4-quart models cost less but hold far less food and often brown less evenly.

How does it compare with the Cosori Pro or the Pro Gen 2?

The Pro II adds a square 5.8-quart basket and updated presets over the original Pro. The Pro Gen 2 is a later redesign with a different basket and display; both cook similarly.

What comes in the box?

The air fryer, a removable crisper plate, and a quick-start guide. No accessories or recipe book beyond basic guidance.

Can I put the basket in the dishwasher?

Yes. The basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe, though hand washing keeps the nonstick coating in better shape.

How big is it on the counter?

It is a full-size single-basket fryer, roughly the footprint of a large microwave. Measure your counter before buying if space is tight.

Air fryers like this one tend to drop around Black Friday, Prime Day and back-to-school sales. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.

Our take on the Cosori Pro II 5.8-Quart Air Fryer

The Cosori Pro II is a 5.8-quart basket air fryer with 1,700 watts of power, sized for families of three to five. It has a square basket, a touch panel with 12 presets, and a nonstick, dishwasher-safe basket and crisper plate. It is one of the most popular mid-size air fryers, and its price typically sits in the middle of the air fryer market rather than at the budget end.
