- Is the Costway 2-in-1 good for running?
- Only lightly. The motor and belt are sized for walking and light jogging; sustained running wears them quickly. Treat it as a walking pad with a handrail.
- Can I use it under a standing desk?
- Yes. With the handrail folded down the deck is low enough to slide under most standing desks, which is its main use case.
- How fast does it go?
- It tops out around jogging pace, well below a full treadmill. Check the listed speed range before buying if you want to run.
- Does it need assembly?
- Assembly is minimal: unfold, attach the handrail where fitted, and plug in. Most buyers report setup in minutes.
- When is it cheapest?
- Budget treadmills like this tend to dip during Black Friday and January fitness sales. The current $133.49 at Walmart as of November 6, 2026 is already near the low end of its range.
- What is the weight limit?
- Check the listing for the exact figure; budget desk treadmills in this class typically cap around 220 to 265 pounds, and performance drops near the limit.
