Questions and answers

Is the Costway 2-in-1 treadmill worth it?
For walkers and light joggers who need a stowable machine, yes. At $399.99 at Target as of November 3 it undercuts most folding treadmills with a comparable motor. Skip it if you want incline training.
Can I run on it or only walk?
It reaches 10.5 mph, so light jogging is realistic. The 265 lb weight limit and folding frame make it better suited to walking and steady jogs than fast interval running.
Does it have an incline?
No. The deck is flat at every speed, so you cannot add hill work.
How big is it when folded?
About 61 inches long, 31 inches wide and 6.5 inches tall. That is thin enough to roll under a bed or sofa, but it still needs a clear stretch of floor.
What comes in the box?
The treadmill, a remote control, the power cord and assembly hardware. The app connects over Bluetooth to your phone.
When is it cheapest?
Folding treadmills like this one tend to dip during Black Friday and January fitness sales. The current $399.99 at Target is already near its recent low.
What do buyers say about the Costway 4.75HP 2 In 1 Folding Treadmill W/Remote APP Control?
