The Costway Mid-Back Mesh Office Chair is a budget task chair with a breathable mesh back, adjustable arms, adjustable height and a built-in lumbar support panel. It holds up to 220 lbs and has a 19-inch square seat, so it suits smaller desks and lighter users better than heavy or tall ones. At $74.99 at Target as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price listed and sits at the low end of what mesh task chairs cost.

With a 4.4 out of 5 average from 46 ratings, owners generally treat it as good value for the money rather than a premium chair. Praise centers on easy assembly and the mesh back; complaints tend to focus on cushioning and long-session comfort.
