Is the UGG Cozy Slipper worth it at $9.97?

At $9.97 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, it costs less than most sheepskin slippers, which often run $60 to $100. If you want a warm indoor slipper and the size fits, that is a low-risk buy.

Can I wear the Cozy Slipper outside?

Yes, for short trips like the mailbox or patio. The sugarcane EVA Treadlite outsole handles dry ground, but it is not waterproof and offers little grip on wet or icy surfaces.

How does it fit compared with other UGG slippers?

It is a backless slip-on, so it fits more loosely than a full-back scuff. The 17mm sheepskin lining takes up room; if you are between sizes or wear thick socks, consider sizing up.

Is the sheepskin real?

UGG lists a sheepskin collar, lining, and insole, which are genuine sheepskin. The knit upper is a textile, and the outsole is sugarcane-based EVA foam.

When is the Cozy Slipper cheapest?

Slipper prices drop most in late winter and during spring clearance, when retailers clear seasonal stock. At $9.97 it is already far below typical sheepskin slipper pricing.

Our take on the Cozy Slipper

The UGG Cozy Slipper is a low-back house slipper with a soft knit upper, a sheepskin collar, and 17mm sheepskin lining and insole. The sugarcane-based EVA outsole uses UGG's Treadlite foam for indoor comfort with a 20mm heel and 15mm platform. The best new price is $9.97 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no recent range to compare against.
