Does this kit include a charger?

No. The box holds two 2.0Ah battery packs only. You need a V20 charger, which usually comes with Craftsman tool kits.

Will these fit my Craftsman V20 drill and trimmer?

Yes. They work with the full Craftsman V20 20V MAX cordless power tool and outdoor tool lineup.

Is 2.0Ah enough for a circular saw?

It will run one, but expect short cuts per charge. For saws, blowers and other high-draw tools, a 4.0Ah or larger V20 pack is a better match.

How does this compare to the standard V20 battery?

Craftsman rates each 2.0Ah pack at up to 1.5x the runtime of its standard V20 lithium battery, using higher-grade cells.

It is the best new price among three stores as of November 4, 2026, and sits at the low end of its recent range. Two packs at that price is a fair deal for V20 owners.

Can I use these batteries in other brands' tools?

No. They are keyed for Craftsman V20 tools only and will not fit DeWalt, Ryobi or other 20V systems.
