Is the Lounge Deep Sofa good for everyday family use?

Yes. The hardwood frame, removable cushions and thick Taft fabric are built for daily sitting, and the deep seats suit kids and lounging. The 250 lbs per seat limit is the main thing to watch.

How much floor space does it need?

It measures 93 inches wide, 46 inches deep and 25 inches high. Leave extra room in front for foot traffic, since the 46-inch depth already eats into the room.

Are the cushions and covers removable?

The cushions are removable. Check Crate & Barrel's care guidance for whether the Taft fabric covers are machine washable or spot-clean only.

Does it come with throw pillows?

No. Throw pillows are not included, so budget for them separately if you want the styled look.

Is $2,349 a good price?

That is the best new price across the two stores listing it, at crateandbarrel.com as of November 8, 2026. Crate & Barrel sofas rarely discount deeply, so waiting for a sale may not save much.

Will it fit through a standard doorway?

The sofa is 93 inches wide, so it ships in sections or needs a clear path. Measure doorways and hallways before ordering and ask about delivery setup.
