About the Cuisipro 4-Sided Box Grater

Grate more with less effort using this Cuisipro four sided box grater with Surface Glide Technology. Surface Glide Technology makes the stainless steel blades sharper and more productive. The grater has five grating surfaces: fine for citrus zest and Parmesan, coarse for most cheeses and vegetables, ultra-coarse for soft cheeses, a slicer for a variety of vegetables, and a bonus ginger base that shreds fresh ginger root while leaving unwanted fibers behind. The non-slip handle makes the grater easy to use and the removable base adds stability. It also has calibrated, dry measuring units on the side so you can measure out the perfect amount. 9-1/2" L
