Our take on the Cyxus Retro Round TR 90 Frame Anti-Blue Light & Prescription Glasses Green

The Cyxus Retro Round is a full-rim round frame made of TR90, a flexible nylon plastic that keeps the glasses light and hard to break. It comes with polycarbonate lenses that filter blue light and can be filled with a prescription, so one pair covers screen work and everyday wear. The frame is 140 mm wide with 46 mm lens height, a universal bridge and a retro look that suits most adult faces.

Questions and answers

Are these glasses worth it?
If you want a light round frame that works for both prescription and blue-light filtering, they are a reasonable pick. The 4.7 rating from 202 reviews suggests most buyers are satisfied.
Can I put my prescription in them?
Yes. Cyxus lists these as prescription glasses with polycarbonate lenses, so you can order them with your prescription. Check the 140 mm frame width and 46 mm lens height against your current pair first.
Do they actually block blue light?
The lenses are listed as anti-blue-light and block harmful blue light. Expect a mild filter, not a full amber tint, and take screen breaks anyway.
Will they fit my face?
The frame is 140 mm wide with a universal bridge, which suits most average adult faces. If you usually wear narrow frames, the 46 mm round lenses may feel large.
What is in the box?
The listing covers the frame and lenses; a case and cleaning cloth are commonly included with Cyxus glasses, but confirm with the store before ordering.
When is the best time to buy?
Prices on Cyxus frames move around sales events and back-to-school season. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
