Our take on the Dak 3 ft Pre-Lit Medium Fiber Optic Floral Artificial Christmas Tree

A 3-foot pre-lit artificial Christmas tree with a fiber-optic light system that changes color on its own. The 19-inch-wide floral arrangement is plastic, corded electric and needs assembly. At $54.99 at Wayfair as of November 5, 2026, it is the lowest of the four stores pricing it new.

Pros
  • Fiber-optic lights are built in, so no strands to hang
  • Color-changing effect runs from a single light source

Cons
  • Only one light source, so the glow is concentrated rather than evenly bright

Questions and answers

Is $54.99 a good price for this tree?
It is the best new price among the four stores listing it, at Wayfair as of November 5, 2026. Compare against the other three stores before buying, since small pre-lit trees often swing $10 to $20 around the holidays.
How tall and wide is it?
It stands 3 feet tall and about 19 inches wide. That suits a tabletop, a small entryway or a dorm room rather than a full living-room tree.
Does it need batteries?
No. It is corded electric, so it plugs into a wall outlet. Plan for an outlet near where you place it.
How do the lights work?
A single fiber-optic light source feeds the branches and cycles through colors. There are no separate string lights to hang or replace strand by strand.
How much assembly is required?
The tree ships requiring assembly. Expect to join the sections and spread the branches before the lights show well.
Is it for indoor use only?
Yes. It is listed for indoor placement, and the plastic branches and corded power are not built for outdoor weather.
Where is the Dak 3 ft Pre-Lit Medium Fiber Optic Floral Artificial Christmas Tree cheapest?
At Wayfair, for $54.99, 35% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Dak 3 ft Pre-Lit Medium Fiber Optic Floral Artificial Christmas Tree?
5 stores we checked sell it, including Wayfair, Michaels Stores, Walmart, Kohl's, RueLaLa.
