Our take on the Dakimoe Halloween Outdoor Witches Crashing Into Tree with LED Lights

The Dakimoe Halloween Witches Crashing Into Tree is a 44-inch hanging decoration showing two witches who appear to have crashed into a tree, lit by LED lights. It is made of weather-resistant nylon fabric and hangs on a wall, door or porch, running on 3 AA batteries (not included). At 4.8 oz assembled it is light enough for tape or a single hook, and it packs flat for storage. It is a low-cost seasonal accent rather than a yard centerpiece.

Best forRenters who want Halloween decor without drillingDoors, walls and porches with limited floor spaceShoppers wanting a lit decoration under a tight budgetQuick setup and flat off-season storage
Pros
  • Large 44 x 33 in silhouette reads well from the street
  • LED lights add evening visibility without wiring
  • Weather-resistant nylon suits covered porches and doorways
  • Battery power means no outlet or extension cord
  • Light 4.8 oz, so tape or one hook holds it
Cons
  • Batteries not included; 3 AA cells add to the cost
  • Nylon fabric can crease and may tear on sharp edges
  • No timer or remote mentioned, so lights are switched by hand
  • Battery pack placement can pull the fabric out of shape
  • Rating of 2.8 from 65 ratings suggests uneven quality

Questions and answers

Is it worth buying?
If you want a big, lit Halloween accent for a door or porch and keep expectations modest, it is a cheap way to fill wall space. The 2.8 rating means check the return policy before ordering.
Does it come with batteries?
No. It needs 3 AA batteries, which you supply. Budget for rechargeables if you plan to run the LEDs nightly through October.
Can it stay outside in rain?
The nylon is described as weather-resistant, so a covered porch or doorway is fine. Leave it fully exposed to heavy rain and the fabric and battery pack will suffer.
How big is it and how does it mount?
It measures 44 inches tall by 33 inches wide and hangs from a single point, so a nail, hook or strong tape works. At 4.8 oz it does not need heavy hardware.
When is the cheapest time to buy?
Halloween decor is usually discounted in the last week of October and cleared out in early November. Buying then means you may not have it for this season.
Is it a full yard display or just a wall piece?
It is a hanging ornament, not a freestanding prop. It is best on a door, wall, fence or porch, and it packs flat for storage.
What do buyers say about the Dakimoe Halloween Outdoor Witches Crashing Into Tree with LED Lights?
