Is the Caliper Wellington waterproof?

Yes. It has a Danner Dry waterproof liner, so feet stay dry in mud and standing water. The leather upper still needs normal care to keep the liner working.

Does it have a safety toe?

Yes. It has an aluminum toe rated ASTM F2413-18 I/C EH for impact and compression, plus electrical hazard protection.

Danner lists it at 58 oz per pair, about 3.6 lb. That is heavy for a work boot, so expect a solid, planted feel rather than a light one.

Is it really slip-on with no laces?

Yes. The Caliper Wellington is a laceless pull-on, which is the point: nothing to catch debris and nothing to tie when you are heading out to the mud.

Is $190 a good price?

It is the best new price across the 3 stores listing it as of November 8, 2026. Danner work boots with a waterproof liner and safety toe commonly sell in this range, so $190 is fair rather than a deep discount.
