Our take on the Dell OptiPlex 5040 SFF Desktop

The Dell OptiPlex 5040 SFF is a compact business desktop from Dell's 2015-2016 OptiPlex line, built around a quad-core Intel CPU at 3.2 GHz with 8 GB RAM and a 256 GB SSD. It is a refurbished-class machine now, sold mainly as a cheap office or home-office PC. Its small form factor saves desk space but limits expansion compared with a tower. No current price was provided, so check the latest store quotes before deciding.
