The Dell Pro PC16250 is a 16-inch business laptop with an Intel Core 5 120U, 16 GB of RAM, a 512 GB SSD and Windows 11 Pro. Its 1920x1200 screen, backlit keyboard with numpad and silver chassis suit office and desk work more than travel. Questions and answers

Is the Dell Pro PC16250 good for everyday office work?
Yes. The Core 5 120U, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD cover email, browsing, spreadsheets and video calls. The 16-inch 1920x1200 screen and numpad help with documents and data entry.
Is $999.99 a good price for this laptop?
It is the only new price listed, $999.99 at Newegg as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with other 16-inch Core 5 or Core 7 business laptops with 16 GB RAM before buying.
Can it run games or video editing?
Only lightly. It relies on Intel integrated graphics, so esports titles run at low settings but modern games and heavy video editing will struggle. A laptop with a dedicated GPU is the better fit for those.
Does it come with Windows 11 Pro?
Yes, Windows 11 Pro is listed as the installed operating system. That adds BitLocker, Remote Desktop and domain join over Windows 11 Home.
Is the keyboard backlit and does it have a numpad?
Yes to both. The keyboard is backlit for dim rooms and includes a full numeric keypad, which is useful for accounting and spreadsheet work.
How big and heavy is it to carry?
It is a 16-inch laptop, so expect a larger footprint and more weight than a 13- or 14-inch model. It suits a desk or a bag carried short distances better than daily commuting.
Where is the Dell Pro PC16250 16-inch cheapest?
At Newegg, for $999.99, as of our latest check.
