Is the Magnifica Evo worth it over a cheaper semi-automatic?

It grinds, brews and froths in one machine with one-touch recipes, so it saves the separate grinder and the learning curve. At $549.95 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, it sits in the mid range for super-automatics.

Does it froth milk automatically?

No. It has a traditional steam wand, so you froth and texture milk yourself. That gives control but takes practice.

How many grind settings does it have?

The conical burr grinder has 13 settings, adjustable from fine for espresso to coarse for longer coffees.

What drinks can it make?

Six one-touch options: espresso, coffee, americano, iced coffee, long and steam. Strength and volume are adjustable per drink.

What comes in the box?

The machine, a carbon active filter, a measuring scoop, a total hardness test, a cleaning brush and a 100 mL descaler.
