Our take on the Delsey Paris Brochant 3.0 Expandable Spinner

The Delsey Paris Brochant 3.0 is a checked-size (24-inch) four-wheel spinner made from Delsey's hard-shell polypropylene, with a built-in expander for extra packing room. It weighs 6.6 lb, which is light for a 24-inch hard case, and comes in black or green. The best new price is $79 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, with four stores listing it new. That is well below what a Delsey hard-shell checked bag usually sells for, so it is a strong value right now.

Cons

Checked size only; too big for most carry-on limits

Questions and answers

Is the Brochant 3.0 worth it at $79?: At $79 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, it is a low price for a Delsey hard-shell checked bag. Comparable 24-inch spinners from major brands often cost $120 to $200.

Does it expand?: Yes. A zippered expander adds extra depth when you need more room, such as on the return trip.
