Can I use the retinol serum and Daily Microfoliant together?

Not on the same night at first. Alternate them, or use the Microfoliant in the morning and retinol at night, and build up slowly to avoid irritation.

Is the SPF moisturizer enough on its own?

It is labeled SPF50 with avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate and octocrylene, which gives broad-spectrum coverage. Reapply through the day if you are outside for long stretches.
