Is the Desara Wooden Cat Villa safe in the rain?

Only if it sits under cover. The listing calls it water resistant and outdoor safe if covered, so place it on a covered porch or under an overhang rather than in open weather.

How many cats fit in it?

Two cats, up to 40 lb combined. Each of the three shelves holds up to 15 lb, so a large cat should get its own shelf.

Does it come with wheels?

Yes, casters are included. At 114 lb it still rolls best on hard, flat surfaces and is awkward on gravel or stairs.

What are the dimensions?

About 49.3 inches high, 35.5 inches wide and 23.7 inches deep. Check your porch or doorway clearance before ordering, since it ships assembled or partly assembled depending on the seller.

Is $429.99 a good price?

Only one store lists it new at $429.99 as of November 6, 2026, so there is no lower price to compare. Watch for seasonal outdoor-furniture sales if you can wait.

What is included in the box?

The wooden house, three shelves, sisal scratcher panels, cotton mats and the caster wheels. Tools and hardware for assembly are normally included.
