The DeWalt DCCS623 is an 8-inch cordless pruning chainsaw built on the 20V MAX XR battery platform. A brushless motor and a narrow 8-inch bar make it light enough to use one-handed overhead, and it shares batteries with DeWalt drills, impacts and trimmers. The kit includes a battery and charger, so it works out of the box. At $189.99 at Tractor Supply Company as of November 4, 2026, it sits near the low end of its recent range, and 5 stores carry it new.
