Cut with precision and power using the DEWALT DCS577B FLEXVOLT 60V MAX Worm Drive Style Circular Saw. Designed for professional framers, carpenters, and advanced DIY users, this rear-handle circular saw delivers high performance, improved line of sight, and jobsite durability for demanding cutting applications. Powered by a high-efficiency brushless direct drive motor, the saw operates at up to 5,800 RPM, delivering smooth, accurate cuts through OSB, plywood, hardwoods, dimensional lumber, and flooring materials. The worm drive style design with a rear handle and left-side blade orientation improves visibility of the cut line, making it ideal for ripping and framing tasks. The saw provides a 2-7/16 in depth of cut at 90°, allowing users to handle thick materials in a single pass. A bevel capacity up to 53°, with stops at 45° and 22.5°, adds versatility for angled cuts. Built for durability, the saw features a high-grade magnesium shoe for long-term accuracy and resistance to jobsite wear. An integrated dust blower keeps the cut line clear for improved visibility, while the electronic brake stops the blade quickly after the trigger is released for added control. Convenience features include a rafter hook for easy storage between cuts and onboard blade wrench storage for quick adjustments. Compatible with the DEWALT FLEXVOLT battery system, this saw delivers cordless freedom with the power needed for heavy-duty cutting tasks.
