Which iPad Pro models does this case fit?

It fits the 12.9-inch iPad Pro in its 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th generations. It does not fit the 11-inch iPad Pro or the iPad Air.

Does it work with the Apple Pencil?

The case has a cutout for the Pencil, but the thick edge can make magnetic charging and pairing less reliable. Some owners remove the case to charge the Pencil.

Is the kickstand sturdy enough for typing?

The kickstand holds the tablet at a viewing angle for video and video calls. For heavy typing, a separate keyboard case is a better fit.

Is $49.99 a good price for this case?

At $49.99 at Amazon as of November 8, 2026, it sits in the middle of the rugged 12.9-inch case market. Comparable heavy-duty cases run roughly $40 to $70.

How much bulk does it add?

Expect a noticeably thicker and heavier tablet. The trade-off is drop protection that a slim folio case does not offer.

The case itself, with the built-in kickstand and hand strap. The iPad and Apple Pencil are sold separately.
