Questions and answers

Is the Diggs Revol worth $499?
At $499 it is a premium crate, but you get a folding steel-frame design with wheels and a side door that most wire crates lack. It makes the most sense if you travel or move the crate often. If the crate stays in one spot, a basic wire crate costs far less.
What size Revol do I need?
Size by your dog's weight and standing height, not by breed. The Small is rated for dogs up to 30 lbs; larger sizes cover bigger dogs. Measure your dog nose to tail and floor to head, then check the interior dimensions of each size.
How small does the Revol fold?
The collapsed Large measures 48 inches long, so it folds flat but stays long. Check the folded dimensions for your size against your trunk or closet before buying.
Does the Revol work for crate training?
Yes. The dual-lock doors and the side door that opens upward let you reach in without leaning over the top. The mesh gives good visibility, which helps puppies settle.
Can my dog chew through the mesh?
The frame is reinforced steel and the mesh is aluminum, built to resist chewing better than fabric or thin wire. No crate is indestructible, so monitor a determined chewer.
When is the best time to buy?
The price was $699 on November 2, 2026 and $499 on November 3, 2026, the lowest seen so far. With only one store listing it new, watch for seasonal sales and check back for price drops.
