Is this worth it compared with a single larger transforming toy?

For a 3 to 6 year old, three small figures usually beat one big one because the crash-and-pop surprise repeats. A larger toy will have more detail and durability, but costs more per figure.

Does it need batteries?

No. It is fully manual, so the car transforms when it hits something. That makes it a good choice for travel and for parents who do not want another toy that needs charging.

How big are the trucks?

Each is about 5 inches long and under 5 inches tall, so it fits in a small hand and in a bag pocket. The set includes three figures.

What age is it right for?

The listed range is 3 to 6 years. Three year olds can trigger the transformation, but the small parts mean it is not for children under 3.

What comes in the box?

Three mini dinosaur transforming cars, one of each style in the set. No batteries or tools are needed.

Sets like this usually drop around back-to-school and pre-holiday sales. Check the price history before buying, since the list price moves often.

Our take on the Dimoarch Dinosaur Transforming Trucks Toy

The Dimoarch Dinosaur Transforming Trucks are a three-pack of mini manual toys for ages 3 to 6. Each one is a small car that pops into a dinosaur on impact, so there are no batteries and nothing to charge. At about 5 inches each, they suit small hands and fit in a diaper bag or car seat pocket. The set is sold as a collectible three-count, so the value depends on how much play a child gets from each figure.
