Is this worth it over foam board?
For radiant heat from sun on glass or a garage door, yes: it is cheap, thin and removable. Foam board insulates better against conducted heat but is bulky and harder to fit.
How much area does one roll cover?
Each roll is 10 ft long. The 24" roll covers about 20 sq ft, the 48" roll about 40 sq ft and the 60" roll about 50 sq ft.
Will the adhesive pads hold it up?
