The Dual Electronics DMD10W is a 10.1-inch floating touchscreen car stereo that mounts on the dash and runs Apple CarPlay and Android Auto over a wired USB connection. Its large display is the main draw: most in-dash units at this size cost far more. It is a budget head unit, so the 2-watt amplifier is weak and you should plan on using it with an external amp or factory amp. Owner feedback on Dual's floating-screen units is mixed. People like the big display and the low price, but report slow boot times, occasional connection dropouts and dim screens in direct sunlight.
