Is it really waterproof?

The camera body is rated IP67, meaning it resists dust and short water immersion. The connectors are not, so seal them during install.

Does it have night vision?

No infrared LEDs. It relies on a 0.5 lux CMOS sensor, so very dark driveways may look grainy.
