Is this tree really 6 feet tall?

The name says 6FT, but the specs list height as 13 in. Ask the seller to confirm the actual height before you buy.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. It runs on batteries, which is why the cord is listed at 1 in. Budget for batteries or rechargeables through the season.

Are the lights already on the tree?

Yes. It is pre-lit with 100 LEDs and has color-changing light functions. You shape the branches and turn it on.

Can it be used outdoors?

No. It is listed for indoor use only, and battery power plus flocking suit a dry indoor spot.

What is included in the box?

The tree with its pre-strung lights. No stand, batteries or warranty are stated in the listing, so check with the seller.

When is the best time to buy?

Artificial trees usually drop in price after Thanksgiving and again in early January. No price is listed here, so compare stores before buying.

Our take on the Eastvita 6FT Slim Pre-Lit Pencil Christmas Tree

A 6-foot pencil-style artificial spruce with a slim conical profile, 100 pre-installed LED lights and color-changing light functions. It is flocked and frosted for a snow-dusted look and runs on battery power, so no outlet is needed. The listing's own specs are inconsistent: height is given as 13 in and weight as 25.69 lb, which do not match a 6-foot tree, so confirm dimensions with the seller before ordering. No price was provided, so today's deal cannot be judged against its recent range.
