Our take on the Eco Terra Natural Latex Mattress Topper

The Eco Terra Natural Latex Mattress Topper is a 2-inch perforated latex layer with a GOTS certified organic cotton cover, sold in Twin, Full, Queen and Cal King. It comes in Soft and Medium-Firm, so you pick the feel you want rather than getting one universal density. It is made to order and has no removable cover on the selected variant. At $313 at Eco Terra Beds as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

Best forSleepers who want to soften a too-firm mattressShoppers avoiding polyurethane foam and synthetic fillersHot sleepers who want a breathable, perforated latex layerPeople with organic or chemical-sensitivity priorities

Questions and answers

Is the Eco Terra topper worth it?
It makes sense if you want natural latex and an organic cotton cover and your mattress is only slightly too firm. If your mattress sags or has broken springs, a 2-inch topper will not fix it.
Should I choose Soft or Medium-Firm?
Choose Soft to take the edge off a firm mattress. Choose Medium-Firm if you want support with a little give, or if you are a heavier sleeper.
Does it sleep hot?
Latex is more breathable than memory foam, and the perforations help airflow. It still adds a layer over your mattress, so a hot sleeper should pair it with breathable bedding.
Can I wash the cover?
The cover is not removable on the selected variant, so spot clean it. Check the listing for other variants if a washable cover matters to you.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each topper is handcrafted per order, so expect a build time before shipping rather than same-day dispatch.
What sizes are available?
Twin, Full, Queen and Cal King. The Cal King measures 72 by 84 inches.
Where is the Eco Terra Natural Latex Mattress Topper cheapest?
At Eco Terra Beds, for $313.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Eco Terra Natural Latex Mattress Topper?
Rated 4.3 out of 5 from 241 ratings.
