Is the Edifier Lolliclip worth it?

If you want earbuds that let you hear traffic and stay comfortable for hours, yes. If you want deep bass and strong noise blocking, sealed in-ear buds will serve you better.

How does it compare with bone-conduction headphones?

Both leave the ear open. The Lolliclip uses small speakers aimed at the ear rather than bone conduction, which usually gives fuller sound, but neither matches sealed earbuds for bass.

Does the noise cancellation actually work?

Only partly. Open-ear designs cannot seal the ear, so ANC mainly helps on calls and dulls constant background noise rather than silencing it.

Will it stay on during running?

The clip hooks over the ear and is water-resistant, so it is built for sports. Fit still varies by ear shape, so check the return policy if you are between sizes.

What comes in the box?

Expect the earbuds, the charging case and a USB charging cable. A pouch or extra ear tips may or may not be included, so confirm before buying.

Edifier buds often drop during major sales events and back-to-school periods. Check the price history before buying so you know whether the current price is near the low end.

Our take on the Edifier Lolliclip

The Edifier Lolliclip is a pair of open-ear clip-style Bluetooth earbuds with active noise cancellation, a built-in microphone and a charging case. The clip design hooks over the ear rather than sealing the canal, so you stay aware of traffic and surroundings, which suits running and cycling. Edifier is a well-known budget-to-midrange audio brand, and the Lolliclip sits in the growing open-ear category alongside options from Shokz and Bose. Its 32-ohm impedance is typical for earbuds and not a meaningful constraint on phones or laptops.
