Our take on the Egyptian Home Linens Ivory 4Pc Sheet Set – 32 Inch Deep Pocket, 100% Egyptian Cotton 1000TC Olympic Queen

A four-piece ivory sheet set from Egyptian Home Linens in 100% Egyptian cotton at a stated 1,000 thread count, cut for Olympic queen beds with pockets rated to 32 inches deep. The high thread count and extra-deep pockets are the selling points; the catch is that 1,000TC claims are common in this price bracket and rarely verified. At $69.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price we have, with 2 stores listing it new, so there is no meaningful recent range to judge it against.

Best forOwners of Olympic queen bedsVery deep mattresses with toppersShoppers wanting an all-cotton set under $100Buyers of a solid ivory look
Pros
  • 100% Egyptian cotton rather than a microfiber blend
  • Pockets rated to 32 inches, enough for a deep mattress plus topper
  • Four pieces: flat sheet, fitted sheet and two pillowcases
  • Solid ivory suits most bedroom palettes
  • Under $70 for a king-width sheet set
Cons
  • 1,000 thread count is a marketing figure; actual yarn size is not stated
  • No certification such as GOTS or Oeko-Tex listed
  • Olympic queen sizing is uncommon, so replacements are harder to find
  • Only 2 stores carry it new, which limits price comparison
  • Ivory shows stains and needs careful washing

Questions and answers

Will these fit an Olympic queen mattress?
Yes. Olympic queen is the stated size, a 66-inch-wide by 80-inch-long bed, and the fitted sheet pockets are rated to 32 inches deep. Check your mattress depth before ordering.
Is 1,000 thread count real?
Treat it as a label figure. Many sets at this price count plied yarns to inflate the number, and the brand does not state yarn size or certification. Expect a smooth, mid-weight cotton, not hotel-grade percale or sateen.
What is in the 4-piece set?
One flat sheet, one fitted sheet and two pillowcases in ivory. Pillowcases are standard size unless the listing says otherwise.
Is $69.95 a good price?
It is the only new price we have, $69.95 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with 2 stores listing it new. With no recent range to compare, judge it against other all-cotton Olympic queen sets, which often run $80 to $150.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Skip bleach and fabric softener, which coat cotton fibers and reduce absorbency.
