Our take on the Electric Standing Desk with 2 Drawers and Keyboard Tray

This is an electric sit-stand desk with two built-in drawers and a pull-out keyboard tray, sold as a single unit. The motor raises and lowers the desktop so you can alternate between sitting and standing through the day, and the drawers and tray keep a keyboard, mouse and office clutter off the work surface. At $149.99 at Wayfair as of November 5, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against. Desks with a motor, drawers and a keyboard tray usually cost more, so this is a budget entry into that combination.

Best forHome office users who want to alternate sitting and standingSmall rooms where drawer storage replaces a filing cabinetBuyers who want a keyboard tray without adding a separate oneShoppers on a tight budget who still want an electric motor
Pros
  • Electric motor makes height changes without lifting or cranking
  • Two drawers add storage that most desks at this price lack
  • Keyboard tray keeps the desktop clear and puts the keyboard at typing height
  • One of the cheapest ways to get motor, drawers and tray together
  • Standing option can break up long sitting stretches
Cons
  • Only one store lists a new price, so there is little competition to push it lower
  • Budget motors tend to be slower and noisier than premium dual-motor frames
  • Drawers and tray cut into legroom and reduce how low the desk can go
  • No published weight capacity or height range to check against your needs
  • Few ratings (38) mean reliability over years is unproven

Questions and answers

Is this desk worth $149.99?
For a motorized desk with two drawers and a keyboard tray, $149.99 at Wayfair as of November 5, 2026 is a low price. Expect budget-level motor speed and stability rather than premium build.
How much weight can it hold?
The listing does not give a weight capacity. Keep the load modest, and check the store page before buying if you plan to put a heavy monitor arm or desktop tower on it.
What height range does the motor cover?
No height range is listed. Measure your seated and standing elbow height first, then confirm the range with the store, since drawers and a tray often limit how low the desk goes.
Does the keyboard tray fit under the desk with the drawers?
The tray is part of the design and slides out from under the desktop. Drawers and tray both reduce legroom, so check the clearance if you are tall or use a chair with high arms.
Is it hard to assemble?
Electric desks with drawers take longer to build than a plain table, typically an hour or more with two people. The motor frame and drawer slides are the fiddly parts.
When is the best time to buy?
Only one store lists a new price, so there is no price history to time a drop against. Watch for Wayfair sales around major holidays if you can wait.
Where is the Electric Standing Desk with 2 Drawers and Keyboard Tray cheapest?
At Wayfair, for $149.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Electric Standing Desk with 2 Drawers and Keyboard Tray?
Rated 4.5 out of 5 from 38 ratings.
