Questions and answers

Are these containers safe to freeze and reheat baby food?
Yes. The jars are labeled freezer safe and microwave safe, so you can freeze purees and reheat them in the same container. Vent or loosen the lid before microwaving and stir to even out hot spots.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
Yes, they are dishwasher safe. Top-rack washing is the safer habit for small plastic lids, and hand-drying the lids helps them keep their shape.
How much food fits in one jar?
Each jar holds 4 oz, roughly one baby serving of puree. That suits early solids; older babies eating 6 to 8 oz portions will need two jars or a larger container.
Are they BPA-free?
Yes, the listing states BPA-free plastic. That is the main safety claim to check on any baby food container.
What comes in the pack?
24 jars with matching twist lids in assorted colors. No spoons, labels or storage rack are included.
When is the best time to buy them?
Multi-packs like this tend to dip during baby-registry and back-to-school sales. Check the price history on this page and buy when the current price sits near the low end of its recent range.
