Is the Element 65 4K TV worth it?

If you want a 65-inch 4K screen for under $500 and mostly stream, it is a reasonable value. Expect basic picture quality: modest brightness and contrast compared with premium sets.

Does it run Google TV?

Yes. Google TV is the built-in platform, so you get the Google Play app store, Chromecast and voice search through the remote.

What is the refresh rate?

Element does not list a high refresh rate for this model, so assume a standard 60Hz panel. It is fine for movies and casual TV but not aimed at competitive gaming.

How many HDMI ports does it have?

The listing confirms HDMI connections but does not state the count. Check the port layout before buying if you need several devices connected at once.

Is $496.46 a good price?

It is the only new price listed at Best Buy as of November 8, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare. For a 65-inch 4K Google TV it is low, but watch for sales since budget TVs drop often.

The specs list 4K resolution but no HDR format. Treat it as a standard 4K set and don't expect a meaningful HDR boost.
