What weight should I pick?

Weighted blankets are usually chosen at about 10 percent of body weight. At 12 lb this one fits adults around 100 to 130 lb; heavier adults should look at a heavier model.

What size bed does 48 x 72 inches fit?

It covers a full or queen bed with little overhang. It is meant for one sleeper, not to be shared.

Is it machine washable?

The polyester fill and microfiber cover can be washed on a gentle cycle, but check the care label first. A duvet cover or spot cleaning helps it last longer.

It is the only new price listed, $105.00 at JCPenney as of November 7, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare against right now.
