Is the Emeril coffee table solid marble?

Yes. The top and body are natural marble with a polished finish, and the legs are dimensional marble. Expect natural veining and tonal variation, since each table is carved by hand.

How heavy is it, and can I move it alone?

It weighs 267 lb, so it is not a one-person move. Arrange delivery help and protect floors when sliding it into place.

Does it need assembly?

No. It ships fully assembled with adjustable levelers in the box, so you only need to level it on uneven floors.

What size room suits a 48-inch square table?

It works best in a large living room where a sofa and chairs leave at least 14 to 18 inches of walkway around it. In smaller rooms a 36-inch table fits better.

How do I care for the marble top?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, and dry promptly. Use coasters and trivets for drinks and hot items, since marble can stain and etch.
