Is $30.35 for 24 AA batteries a good price?

That works out to about $1.26 per cell, which is a typical bulk price for Energizer MAX. It is fair, but not a standout deal, and only one store listed it at that price as of November 3, 2026.

How long do these last in storage?

Energizer rates MAX AA cells for up to 10 years in storage at room temperature. Keep them in a dry place and out of devices you won't use for months.

Are these better than Energizer Ultimate Lithium?

Lithium wins in high-drain gear like camera flashes and outdoor sensors, where it lasts several times longer and handles cold better. MAX is cheaper and fine for remotes, toys and clocks.

No. These are single-use alkaline cells, and putting them in a charger is a fire and leak risk. Use NiMH rechargeables if you want to recharge.

Will they fit all AA devices?

Yes, they are standard 1.5 V AA size, so they fit any device that takes AA. Check polarity marks when loading.

24 AA alkaline batteries. No charger or storage case is included.
