Is the 24-pack worth it over regular alkaline AAA?

Yes if your devices are high-drain or used outdoors, where lithium lasts much longer. For clocks and remotes, standard alkaline is cheaper and good enough.

How does Ultimate Lithium compare with Energizer Max alkaline?

Ultimate Lithium lasts longer in high-drain and cold conditions and has a 25-year shelf life versus roughly 10 years for Max. Max costs far less per cell.

Can these be recharged?

No. They are single-use lithium cells and must not be put in a charger. Dispose of them per local rules.

Will they work in any AAA device?

Yes, they are standard 1.5 V AAA cells. Do not mix them with alkaline or rechargeable cells in the same device.

How should I store them?

Keep them in the pack in a dry place at room temperature. The 25-year shelf life assumes unopened, properly stored cells.

When is the price lowest?

Bulk packs and multi-packs usually cost least per cell during back-to-school and holiday sales. Compare per-cell prices across stores before buying.

Our take on the Energizer Ultimate Lithium AAA Batteries 24 Pack

The Energizer Ultimate Lithium AAA is a 1.5 V disposable lithium battery sold in a 24-pack. It is built for long shelf life (rated 25 years) and strong performance in high-drain devices and cold conditions, where alkaline AAAs fade. It costs more per cell than standard alkaline, so it makes most sense for devices you rarely open or that run outdoors.
