Is the GTW 270 Hybrid worth it at $69.99?

At $69.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is a reasonable buy for Switch or PC gamers who want a low-latency dongle. Shoppers who mainly want ANC or long battery life will do better with mainstream earbuds.

How does it connect to a Nintendo Switch?

Plug the USB-C dongle into the Switch and the earbuds pair automatically over 2.4 GHz. The Switch's dock has USB-A ports, so you need a USB-C to USB-A adapter for docked play.

Does it have active noise cancellation?

No. It relies on passive isolation from the in-ear seal. It blocks some ambient noise but not as much as ANC earbuds.

Can it connect to a phone and a PC at the same time?

Yes. Dual connectivity lets you keep the dongle in a PC or Switch while pairing to a phone over Bluetooth 5.1, and you switch between the two.

How long does the battery last and how fast does it charge?

A 15-minute charge gives about one hour of playback, per EPOS. Total playtime per charge is modest and shorter than most mainstream true wireless earbuds.

It is IPX5 water resistant, so sweat and light rain are fine. It is not waterproof, so don't submerge it or rinse it under a tap.
