Is a cross-legged chair worth it for desk work?

It helps if you sit cross-legged for long stretches, because the wide seat lets your knees rest without hanging off the edge. It is not a substitute for a task chair if you need strong adjustable armrests or a narrow footprint.

Will it fit under a standard desk?

The wide seat and backrest mean it sits higher and wider than a typical office chair, so check your desk clearance before buying. A height-adjustable desk gives more room.

What is the footstool for?

The stool is height-adjustable and gives your feet or crossed legs support so your knees are not left dangling. It can also be used separately as a small meditation stool.

Is the teddy fabric easy to clean?

Teddy fleece is soft but traps dust, pet hair and crumbs, so it needs regular brushing and spot cleaning. It is less forgiving than mesh or wipe-clean upholstery.

Does it have lumbar support and a backrest?

Yes, it has a backrest with lumbar support, which is the main difference from backless meditation cushions. It does not recline or lock.
