Questions and answers

Is the EVOLPOW BEA bench worth buying?
With a 1.6-out-of-5 average from 5 ratings, treat it with caution. If you buy, check the return window and inspect the folding joints and welds on arrival.
How much weight can it hold?
The bench is rated to 660 lbs total, which covers body weight plus dumbbells for most home lifters. That figure is the manufacturer's claim, not an independent test.
Does it fold for storage?
Yes. It folds and is described as fitting compact spaces, which suits apartments or rooms that double as a gym.
What comes in the box?
The bench plus a dumbbell set. The listing does not state the dumbbell weights, so confirm the size before ordering if the weights matter to you.
How long does assembly take?
The listing says about 2 minutes, which is optimistic for any bench. Expect to spend longer tightening bolts and checking the frame.
Can it be used for decline presses?
No decline setting is listed. The 8 positions cover the backrest only, so plan on flat and incline work.
What do buyers say about the EVOLPOW BEA Adjustable and Foldable Weight Bench?
