Our take on the Fashionwu Aluminum Foldable Portable Ramp 72" L x 28.34" W

The Fashionwu is a 72-inch long, 28.3-inch wide folding ramp made of aluminum, aimed at wheelchairs, scooters and loading small wheeled gear into vehicles or over steps. It folds in the middle for transport and storage. Its long length gives a gentler climb than short ramps, but the width and folded size make it bulky to carry. No current price was provided, so check live store listings before buying.

Best for
Wheelchair and mobility scooter users loading into a van or SUV
Homeowners who need a temporary ramp over a few steps
Loading carts, mowers or wheeled equipment into a truck bed
Renters who want a ramp they can fold and store
Pros
  • 72-inch length gives a shallower, easier slope than short ramps
  • 28.3-inch width fits most wheelchairs and scooters
  • Aluminum keeps weight down versus steel ramps
  • Folds in half for storage and transport
Cons
  • Long and wide when folded, so it takes trunk space
  • No stated weight capacity or load rating
  • Smooth aluminum can be slick when wet
  • No raised side rails listed to stop wheels rolling off

Questions and answers

Is this ramp long enough for a wheelchair into a van?
At 72 inches it is longer than most portable ramps, which lowers the slope. Measure your step or vehicle floor height first; a 72-inch ramp suits roughly a 12 to 15-inch rise for comfortable use.
How much weight can it hold?
The listing does not state a load rating. Ask the seller for the capacity before using it with a power wheelchair or heavy scooter.
Does it fold for transport?
Yes, it folds in half. Expect a folded package roughly 36 inches long and about 28 inches wide, so check your trunk or back seat space.
Will it work over steps at home?
It can bridge a few steps if the top and bottom rest securely. The ramp has no listed side rails, so line up the edges and use help for the first setup.
What is included in the box?
The ramp itself is the main item. Confirm with the seller whether tie-down straps or a carry handle are included, since the listing does not say.
When is the price lowest?
Ramp prices often dip during seasonal sales and back-to-school periods. Compare current listings across stores and check the price history before buying.
