Our take on the Fastes 8 Positions Adjustable Weight Bench with Leg Extension & Preacher Curl

The Fastes 8-Position Adjustable Weight Bench is a home-gym bench with a leg extension and preacher curl attachment, so one frame covers flat and incline pressing, seated curls and leg work. It is rated Olympic, meaning the bar hooks and pads are sized for 2-inch plates and bars rather than standard 1-inch sets. It has 11 ratings averaging 4.9 out of 5, a small sample that suggests buyers are satisfied but is not enough to call it proven. No current price was provided, so check the live comparison before deciding.

Pros
  • Eight backrest positions cover flat, incline and upright pressing and curling
  • Preacher curl pad and leg extension add arm and quad work to one frame
  • Olympic sizing fits 2-inch bars and plates
  • Leg extension and curl attachments save floor space versus separate units
  • High average rating, though from only 11 reviews
Cons
  • Small review base makes long-term durability hard to judge
  • Attachment benches are bulkier and slower to switch between exercises than a plain flat bench
  • No listed weight capacity or frame weight, so max load is unclear
  • Olympic sizing means standard 1-inch plates will not fit
  • Leg extension and preacher stations on budget benches often feel less solid than the main bench

Questions and answers

Is this bench worth it over a plain flat bench?
If you want preacher curls and leg extensions at home without buying separate machines, the extra stations justify it. If you only press, a simpler flat or adjustable bench is cheaper and sturdier.
Does it fit Olympic bars and plates?
Yes. It is listed as Olympic, so it takes 2-inch bars and plates. Standard 1-inch home-gym plates will not fit.
What is the weight capacity?
The listing does not state a maximum user or load weight. Ask the seller before loading heavy squats or presses.
How many backrest positions does it have?
Eight. That covers flat, several incline angles and an upright setting for preacher curls and shoulder work.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes. One bench covers pressing, curls and leg work, which suits a first home setup. Expect some assembly time and check the frame for wobble as you add weight.
When is it cheapest?
Home-gym benches usually dip during January sales and Black Friday. Check the price history on this page before buying.
