fatty15 is a vegan capsule supplement built around C15:0 (pentadecanoic acid), the odd-chain saturated fat found in dairy fat and some fish. The brand markets it for cellular aging, cell membrane support and bone and joint health, backed by published research and a patented formula made in cGMP-certified facilities. The best new price is $11.15 at eBay as of November 8, 2026, far below what a full-size bottle typically costs, so check the pack size and seller before buying.

Buyers rate fatty15 very highly, at 4.8 out of 5 from 6,300 ratings, and most describe it as an easy daily habit they plan to keep. Praise centers on the capsule format and the dairy-free C15:0 angle; the main complaints are cost and uncertainty about long-term results.
