Our take on the Fenix E-CP 1600-Lumen LED Flashlight/Powerbank

The Fenix E-CP is a pocket-size EDC flashlight with a built-in 5000 mAh battery that doubles as an 18W power bank. It pushes up to 1600 lumens through a Luminus SST40 LED with a defined hotspot and reaches 728 feet, and it charges over USB-C fast charging. At $38.97 at BrightGuy as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, which is a strong price for a light-plus-battery combo.
