Our take on the Flexsteel Zecliner M2 Power Sleep Recliner with Power Headrest and Lumbar

The Flexsteel Zecliner M2 is a power recliner built for sleeping as well as sitting, with a full recline, power headrest and power lumbar support. It measures 40 inches wide, 44 inches high and 42 inches deep, so it needs real floor space and clearance behind it to lay flat. The best new price is $2,159.20 at Missouri Furniture as of November 5, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition to shop around.

Questions and answers

Is the Zecliner M2 worth $2,159.20?
If you regularly sleep or nap in a recliner, the power headrest and lumbar make it more adjustable than a standard power recliner. At $2,159.20 from Missouri Furniture as of November 5, 2026, it costs more than most recliners, so the value depends on how much you use the sleep position.
How is the M2 different from the original Zecliner?
The M2 is the second-generation Zecliner, Flexsteel's recliner line made for sleeping. It keeps the full-recline sleep position and adds power headrest and power lumbar adjustment, which the base model does not always include.
How much room does it need?
The chair is 40 inches wide, 44 inches high and 42 inches deep. Leave several inches behind it for the backrest to recline and check the doorway width before delivery.
Does it need to be plugged in?
Yes. The power recline, headrest and lumbar run on household power, so it needs an outlet within reach of its cord. It will not recline if the power goes out.
When is the price lowest?
With only one store listing it new, there is no competing price to wait for. Watch for holiday sales at Missouri Furniture, since furniture promotions are most common around Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday.
Where is the Flexsteel Zecliner M2 Power Sleep Recliner with Power Headrest and Lumbar cheapest?
At Missouri Furniture, for $2,159.20, as of our latest check.
